Our sizes range from 32 to 116 square feet and include day and night light dimming features. Owners may bring toys and belongings from home for their pet or may provide a daily per stay “allowance” for new toys. To prevent the spread of odors and contaminates, complete air changes occur in each zone every four minutes, roughly five times more often than the flow in the average home. Security measures include above ground fencing as well as redundant double doors throughout the resort. No matter what package you choose, your dog shall receive a daily walk or play session.

Tipton Classic – The Classic suite measures 4 x 8 and includes a private outside area for your pet’s leisure and comfort. The Classic is the perfect size for small to medium dogs. Daily housekeeping and snack time are provided. Bedding can be laundered on day of departure upon request. One daily walk or play session is included.

Tipton Preferred – The Preferred suite measures 6 x 8 and includes a private outside area for your pet’s leisure and comfort. The Preferred is just the right size for medium to large dogs, or families with multiple small dogs. Daily housekeeping and snack time are provided. Bedding can be laundered on day of departure upon request. One daily walk or play session is included.

Five Star – The Five Star suite measures 8 x 8 and is perfect for families with two or more medium to large pets. Club Canine or Club House – The Club House is our largest suite. It measures 12 x 8 and is designed for multiple occupancy of large breeds. With one of the industry’s largest pet doors, the Club House is sure to accommodate even the biggest of best friends. The Club House includes a private outside area for your pet’s leisure and comfort. Daily housekeeping and snack time are included and bedding can be laundered on day of departure upon request.

Tipton Cattery – And we didn’t forget your feline friends! Our spacious, sun lit Cat House features a TV to provide the comforting sounds of home, and a large picture window overlooking a busy courtyard and even busier bird feeder. Heating and air-conditioning along with separate ventilation not only helps reduce airborne contaminants, but also promotes the purr-fect environment for a nice cat nap.

While staying at the Tipton Cattery, your cat will enjoy our RainTree Cat Condos by Mason Company. Standard features include built-in feeding/watering ledge, a resting ledge, and a separate potty area to help contain even the largest of litter messes.

Television for continuous stimulation, as well as daily free time to explore, play or just bird watch, will make your feline friends vacation purr-fect.

At the end of the day, you’ll bring home a happy, relaxed pet that’s ready for a quiet evening of rest.

We realize that some pets aren’t interested in group play, or older pets might just need a safe and quiet place to stay while Mom and Dad tend to daily errands. Each pet is different, therefore, we can customize your pets care according to their individual needs.
